First of all, I like to thank you for deciding on MIZPAH jewels, for your kind messages and stories.

 

Many of you get a MIZPAH, more and more I am so happy to say. You ask for some special words for the upcoming holidays and giving seasons, especially in the current climate?

 

Our days are turning colder right now and we can feel beleaguered by many threats and dark clouds. We cannot just change what is going on around us. And we cannot run away.

 

But we can modify the way we are dealing with it – internally and externally. A MIZPAH emphasizes our positive feelings and shows the world that we are heroes of hope. It gives warmth and the ever more important reassurance that goodness and kindness rule the world, the world that really matters, not the world of greed and brutality.

 

 

A MIZPAH shows : love and hope will prevail and we shall not be overturned by negativity.

 

What is the best gift in world? Love!

 

The next best gift is a sign, a symbol of what we want to say, of what we feel. A MIZPAH.

 

And with this magical word of old there comes a wish, perhaps accompanied by the ancient benediction from the Scriptures to protect from harm and to look out for us wherever we have to go – the Lord watch between me and thee when we are absent one from another.

 

 

It's our covenant with heaven. And heaven's sign of love. An emblematic gift as placeholder and reminder for our emotions, hopes and wishes. Companion, enabler and memorizer.

 

Like a prayer, like a pair of celestial wings to shield us and those we care about when we are together or apart. Distance and circumstances are of no consequence.

 

Because of the invisible bond called MIZPAH connecting our hearts and souls forever. It speaks for us when and where words may fail. It is our buzzword for eternity.

 

MIZPAH is the gift of hope, love and peace, directly from on high. Give it, wear it, feel it. Bless you all.
