The Luck of Mizpah

©  Helena Lind · Filed Under MIZPAH World · Add your comment

It is in times like this that we are getting even more aware of the meaning of good luck and contentment.

As the economic and general waves around us are still rough we want to concentrate on the way out of this time at sea into a lighter, brighter life, and looking for an anchor to remind us that all shall be well again.

You are writing to me regarding the MIZPAH jewels you have acquired or those you wish me to incorporate into my MIZPAH Classics Collection.

Your appreciated messages confirm that point as well as what many of you call “the luck of Mizpah”.

Whistling down the storm can be tricky but an inner armour against the cold gusts is a true safe haven where no-one uninvited may follow you.
That’s where a MIZPAH comes in. Protection and resilience from within.

Keeping those dark days in check can also be a simple question of attitude.

Yes, it is all very difficult and far too many are affected far too badly without being responsible (though quite a few rather hail whining from a high level).
Not to mention all the scandals in high places and offices.

But trust in this: truth and justice are alive and kicking and legions of stuck up idiots and arrogant masters of the universe will be sent back to school for a few lifetimes as a consequence.
I am digressing – first things first.

Now, fortunately for you and me there are people out there to make our day.
I call them MizpaHeroes.

Let me tell you of a very special one – the lovely Ms Harriet Kelsall from Hertfordshire / UK, one of the leading English jewellery designers, clever head of award winning company HK Jewellery Designs.
I know her for quite some time now but still she manages to surprise me positively.
So loving her work – http://www.hkjewellery.co.uk/ – but her great attitude is as striking as her adamantine creations.

When the going got really tough in February 09 I was in London and could not hold any paper up for longer than 10 seconds as they were dripping with bad news and negativity.

Last hope was the Daily Telegraph (good paper that) – Business Section and there a little sun began to shine: an article about Ms Kelsall busting the gloom and reminding people of the rock solid future of true values, outstanding designs, quality and artisanship even in times of doom.
Wonderful!
That’s the attitude..

Pssst…me and Harriet are thinking
about special, bespoke MIZPAH designs (especially rings)
but that it a great secret still
so don’t tell anyone and anyway they would
only and exclusively be available online from
our web shops but that too is eyes only so pssst…!

If you know a MizpahHero and want her or him acknowledged why not drop me a line?

And if you want to show your heart of gold try our special MIZPAH
luck booster offer http://www.giftavia.com/ga1704-gold-heart.html – buy one get one free.

Good times!

The luck of a Mizpah is needed to get through this.
I’ve heard of one or two celebrities swearing by it?
    Keep up the good work.
